Effex R8 Interim Pricelist
With design and development now complete, Imperials new Effex R8 Beam System
is ready to be introduced to the market.
R8 offers total flexibility to the office environment and is available with immediate effect.

ISO 14001 and 18001 Accreditation
Imperial Office Furniture are pleased to announce further accreditations to our developing portfolio.
July 2010 saw the United Registrar of Systems (URS) award Imperial not only the ISO 14001 Environmental
System but also the OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety System.
These additional accreditations accompanied by the ISO 9001 Quality System complete the set of UKAS management policies, enabling Imperial to develop further into the Public Sector Markets.
Reunion conference tilt top table update
After dedicating the last twelve weeks to design and development, we are pleased to announce the
arrival of our new upgraded tilt top table. Available in 600mm and 800mm deep, this new table offers
maximum rigidity whilst remaining hugely competitive.
Sizes range from 1000mm to 2000mm and are available in all Imperial board finishes. Please see below
for the available desktop shapes.

New Effex R8 Beam System
New for the 2nd quarter, we are pleased to announce the release of our new upgraded beam system.
Designed to supersede the Effex Range, Effex R8 is available as a stylish cantilever 'C' frame or an
'I' frame leg option. Cable Management is incorporated within the leg frames and all telescopic
beams carry a cable management facility as standard. Desk top sizes range from 800mm to 600mm in
depth with various shapes and desking configurations available.
Literature is currently under development, however images are available on request please contact
your Area Sales Manager or the Sales Office for further information on the new and improved Effex.
New literature
April 2010 will see the arrival of our new 24 page Sirius Brochure. Clean and refreshed, Sirius now
offers Santiago Cherry, Walnut, Stone Oak, and White board finishes within its product portfolio.
To accompany the new literature Imperial are developing a unique buyers guide intended to provide an
insight into Imperial product ranges. Popular products from each range will be marketed within one
catalogue. It is our intention to offer further benefits to clients by providing an "Overprinting"
facility which would enable dealers to promote Imperial products in their own unique catalogue.

iBench
Promoted in January and February editions of Mix Magazine the success of our latest range "iBench"
has seen Imperials company profile develop further. After successfully completing projects for the
Findus Group headquarters and the Kelcoo Group, 1st Quarter Sales have increased by 25% and are set
to continue throughout the second quarter.
Quality Assurance
After receiving the Quality ISO 9001:2008 certificate in
June 1999, Imperial are continuing to strive for further
accreditation.
We are currently working towards Environmental ISO
14001:2004 and Health and Safety ISO 18001:2007.
Audits are currently taking place with the final review
scheduled for May.
If we can achieve these accreditations, hopefully to be
awarded in June, this will be a fantastic step forward for
the business.
Factory Expansion
The first quarter has seen Imperial invest further in Factory
expansion. A further 8,000 sq ft of warehousing space was acquired
in February bringing our total square capacity to 80,000 sq ft.
Additional investment within the company includes a new CNC optimising
beam saw delivered in January 2010 and a point to point CNC drilling
machine ordered to be delivered in May.
