Their core responsibility is to provide support to our dealer base with a hands on approach.
A varied range of support is on hand, from product training, site visits and surveys, assisting with
quotations, joint presentations to end user clients and ongoing updates with information and all
current literature.
Our internal sales team deal with general queries, check and input customer orders, together with the
support of posting out of literature, wood samples and up to the minute image library DVD.
After Sales does involve a number of roles, from repairs, replacement of goods to the despatch of
spare parts.
